TLJ Foundation News:
Since Trevor's tragic passing....many things have happened for his memory, his family, friends and the community at large.

Much of it can be gotten from this very website, but it seems prudent to post events as they have unfolded.

Congressman Andrew's attended the Trevor L. James benefit...He declared that he was going to introduce language to make all the motor vehicle handbooks across the county have a uniform section related to "motorcycle safety and awareness".  We are still waiting for that.

Trevor has been added to the "United States Congressional Record".

Assemblyman Nelson Albano, Cape May County has been a constant source of support for tougher legislation regarding "right of way" violations that result in serious bodily injury or death.  The legislation has been introduced on more than one occasion, but as of this writing...the bill is still waiting, along with added ammendments.

Senator Donald Norcross is also a supporter of ABATE and increases penalties and fines for "right of way" violations.

The brain injury foundation of New Jersey has been designated a grant that they intend to use statewide for motorcycle safety and awareness.

The Look Twice...YOU can save a life billboards, depicting Trevor and his son Dylan continue to be donated by Clear Channel outdoor, and generously sponsored by Rider Insurance, the TLJ foundation, and ABATE Southwest Chapter.  As of this writing there are 3 billboards.
